RULES: The event
will be sailed under the Time Trialling Rules 2020 Revision 1 (as amended from
time to time) of the CPYC of YWA herein after referred to as the Rules,
applicable at the event starting time and as modified by the Sailing
Instructions. Conditions contained in this notice of event may be
varied or added to and referred to in the Sailing Instructions. A
copy of such rules is available on the CPYC Home Page.
2) ENTRY FEE: NIL
3) ENTRIES:
The Cruising and Power Yacht Committee
may decline any entry without specifying any reason. Registrations can be
completed via each Club’s registration process through the following links:

4) CLOSING DATES FOR ENTRIES: Entries
must be lodged by midnight on the following dates. The closing date
for entries may be extended by the Regatta Control Officer.

5) SAILING INSTRUCTIONS – COURSES AND
PROGRAMME. Sailing Instructions for will be as per the 2020 Sailing
Instructions contained on the CPYC Homepage and as
may be supplemented by the Organising Authority Sailing instructions
particularly pertinent to the Ti-Tu and Kylie Cup
events being run solely by SoPYC and RFBYC
respectively.
6) SPEEDS: Nominated
speeds must be from 5 to 15 knots.
7) COMPLIANCE: Every
competing power yacht shall comply with the minimum marina requirements of
their club of origin.
8) SCORING SYSTEM FOR CHAMPIONSHIP: In
accordance with Rules, refer Appendix 2, Clause 3.
9) SCORING SYSTEM FOR TEAMS EVENTS: In
accordance with the Rules, refer Appendix 2, Clause 2 with all events completed
to count.
10) REDRESS and PROTESTS: All
redress and protest requests shall be lodged and heard in accordance with the
Rules. Contestants are requested to consult the Rules and follow the
requirements and timing for written submissions.
11) PRESENTATIONS: Presentations
post event will be publicised by each of the OA’s in the lead up to each of the
events. RFBYC is the nominated club for the 2020 season presentations and
further advice will be provided as the season progresses.
